Michael A. O'Connor

Michael A. O'Connor graduated from University College Cork in 1994 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1997. He has been a practising Solicitor since.

He initially worked as a Solicitor in Clonmel, Co Tipperary. He worked in all areas of general practice from litigation to conveyancing/probate etc. He specialised in litigation and court work and acted for clients in all areas of litigation including personal injury* actions, criminal defence work, road traffic prosecutions and family law cases. He earned a reputation amongst clients and colleagues for fair and effective representation of his clients.

He set up his own practice in Swords, Co Dublin because it is a fast-growing area with great potential. His objectives in setting up his own practice are to provide a quality legal service to his clients with an emphasis on personal attention, value for money, keeping the client informed.

Michael says it is a privilege to act as a Solicitor and to be placed in a position of trust. It is a challenging but rewarding profession and he takes pride in meeting a client’s expectations and seeing justice prevail. Brenda Mounsey

Brenda Mounsey is an Associate Solicitor with Michael A. O’Connor Solicitors. Brenda joined the firm as an apprentice in July 2012. Brenda qualified as a Solicitor in spring 2016.

Brenda comes from Nenagh in County Tipperary. She attended NUI Galway where she obtained a first class honours Degree in Civil Law. After spending two years in Canada Brenda returned home to complete a Masters in Law in University College Cork.

Brenda specialises in residential conveyancing, probate and estate planning.
